Ingredients
- 9 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup butter melted and then let cool
- 3 tsp anise extract
- 10 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pkg vanilla instant pudding
- 5 cups flour (may take a little more if too thin)
- Cookie Frosting-
- 1 box powder sugar
- 1/2 cup water
Preparation
Step 1
Beat the eggs until foamy. Add sugar, extract, cooled butter, oil and milk. In another bowl mix the flour, baking powder and salt, then add the pkg of vanilla pudding.
Add the dry mix to the egg mixture and blend until thick like cake batter.
Drop the batter using a teaspoon unto a greased cookie sheet. If not thick like cake batter add more flour.
Bake at 350 c for 10 to 12 minutes.
Cookie Frosting-
mix until dissolved and thick. Use this to frost the cookies when they are cool. With a spoon drizzle over warm cookies on cooling racks.
