Ingredients

  • 1 package of thin egg noodles
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 3 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 lb. Creamed cottage cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 3/4 sticks of butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup golden raisins
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1


Boil the noodles and drain. Mash sour cream, cottage cheese, and cream cheese together. Separate the eggs add yolks and sugar, vanilla and lemon juice to cheese mixture. Melt 1 stick of butter and cool. Beat egg whites until stiff. Stir the melted butter into the stiff egg whites. Fold eggs and butter into cheese mixture and then add this to the drained noodles. Stir in 1 tsp of cinnamon and 1 cup of golden raisins.
Pour into greased baking dish.
Melt remaining butter and add 1 cup graham cracker crumbs. Mix together and spread on top

bake at 375 for 45 min to 1 hour
