Ingredients
- Cream Cheese – 16oz
- Butter – 1/2 cup
- Vanilla – 1 tsp
- Brown Sugar – 3 tbsp
- Powder Sugar – 3/4 cup
- Mini Chocolate Chips – 1 cup
- Chopped pecans – 1 cup
- Caramel sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Cream in brown sugar and powder sugar until smooth. Add vanilla. Fold in chocolate chips. Form into a ball and refrigerate for at least 3 hrs (overnight works best). Roll in pecans and cover with caramel sauce. Serve with graham crackers.
