CRABMEAT FILLING

Ingredients

  • 4 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons margarine or butter
  • 2 packages (6 ounces each) frozen crab-meat, thawed,
  • drained and flaked, or 2 cans (6 onz each)crab-meat,
  • drained and cartilage removed
  • 1 package (3 onz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup half-and-half
  • 2 tablespoons snipped parsley
  • Dash of red pepper sauce
  • Salt and pepper.

Preparation

Step 1

Cook and stir green onions in margarine until tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients; heat until hot.
