Ingredients
- 4 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons margarine or butter
- 2 packages (6 ounces each) frozen crab-meat, thawed,
- drained and flaked, or 2 cans (6 onz each)crab-meat,
- drained and cartilage removed
- 1 package (3 onz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup half-and-half
- 2 tablespoons snipped parsley
- Dash of red pepper sauce
- Salt and pepper.
Preparation
Step 1
Cook and stir green onions in margarine until tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients; heat until hot.
