Ingredients
- 2 pounds seedless green grapes
- 2 pounds seedless red grapes
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar or Splenda
Preparation
Step 1
Wash and stem grapes. Let dry and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla, beating at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy.
Add grapes, pecans, and brown sugar, tossing to combine.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving.
