Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 C. Milk
- 1 Cup Bisquick
- 1 12 oz can Whole Kernel Corn
- Wesson Oil to 1 inch depth in skillet
- Pancake Syrup

Step 1
Blend egg and milk. Add Bisquick mix, stirring just until smooth. fold in corn. To insure lightness, do not overbeat. Drop by teaspoonfuls into oil heated to 325 degrees. Cook slowly until golden brown, about 4 minutes. Serve warm with syrup or as a side vegetable dish.
Makes 20-24 fritters.
