Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter or margarine, melted and divided
- 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves cut into strips
- 1 cup saltine cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 1 tablespoon sou sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation
Step 1
Combine 1/4 cup butter and 1/4 cup mustard. Dip chicken in mustard mixture and dredge in cracker crumbs. Place chicken in a 9" x 13" pan, drizzle with 1/4 cup butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
Combine remaining 1/4 cup butter, 1/4 cup mustard and remaining ingredients, stir well. Serve with chicken. Yields about 2-1/2 dozen.
