Ingredients
- 1 (15-ounce) can Garbanzo Beans (chickpeas), rinsed and drained.
- 1/3 cup tahini (seasame seed paste)
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- Pita chips or fresh veggies for dipping
Preparation
Step 1
In a food processor, combine all the ingredients. Cover and process utnil smooth. If necessary, add additional olive oil and lemon juice until desired consistency is reached
Serve with pita chips or fresh veggies.
