Ingredients
- 6 boneless breasts
- 6 thin slices of lean baked ham
- 6 oz swiss cheese cut into 6 sticks
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3 T butter
- 1 4oz can mushrooms
- 1/2 c water
- 1/3 c dry white wine
- 1/4 cup heinz 57 sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken breasts on board and pound to 1/4" thickness.Place a ham slice and cheese slice on chicken. Roll and tie. Coat rolls with flour and lightly brown in butter. Place rolls in dish. In same skillet stir in mushrooms and next 3 ingredients. Heat, pour over chicken. Cover, bake 350 for 1 hour. Serve with rice
