  • 4 to 6 ounces roasted turkey breast
  • 2 ounces blue streaked brie cheese (like cambozola)
  • 3 tablespoons cranberry chutney
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened

Step 1

Assemble sandwich in this order: chutney, cheese, turkey in the middle. Spread butter on the bread and cook on griddle over medium low heat until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted. Flip and repeat.
