instructionsFor the Apple Dip: In a small sauce pot melt butter over low heat. Add apples and cook until tender but still holding their shape, about 10 minutes. Lower the heat to medium high. Add cider vinegar, cook 1 minute. Add water, stir until absorbed Serve with tortilla chips.

instructionsFor the Chips: Fry tortilla chips at 350F until golden and crispy. Remove from oil and drop into cinnamon sugar mixture. Toss until coated. Serve along side apple dip!
