Jalapeno Jelly

Ingredients

  • 3 red bell peppers
  • 3 green bell peppers
  • 1 lb hot yellow peppers or annaheims (if you want milder)
  • 6 jalapeno peppers
  • 13 cups sugar
  • 3 cups apple cider vinegar
  • 2-3 dashes Tobasco Sauce
  • 2-6 oz packets of Liquid Certo

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sugar, vinegar, tobasco, and grounded peppers in large heavy saucepan. Bring to hard boil. Sit off burner for 5 minutes. Add liquid certo and stir until set.

Pour into hot jars while jelly is still hot. Wipe off rims and place hot seals and rims on jars.
