Ingredients
- 4 red bell peppers, roasted, peeled, seeded and diced
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 cups crumbled feta cheese
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients into food processor and puree until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
