Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c butter (melted)
- 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole corn
Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs and butter together. Add salt, muffin mix and sour cream. Mix well. Add corn. Pour into 8x8 pan. Bake at 350* for 35-40 minutes.
