14 oz Can Artichoke Hearts- Drained and Chopped
Cups Fresh Spinach- Chopped
8 oz bricks Cream Cheese (I used reduced fat)- cubed
Cups Shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese
Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Cloves Garlic- Minced (I used 2 tsp Freeze Dried Garlic)
Chips or Crackers for dipping.
Place all ingredients (except dippers) in slow cooker and combine well. Cook on high for 1-2 hours until it stirs smooth. Reduce to warm and serve with chips or crackers
