Dip meat in broth for as long as it takes to say Shabu-shabu at which point meat will be cooked. Vegetables may take longer.
Drench meat and veggies in Mizutaki Sauce and eat.

Ingredients
- Mizutaki Sauce:
- Beef tenderloin, partialy frozen
- thinly sliced vegetables of your choice
- beef broth flavored to your liking
- 1 egg
- 2 tbl rice wine vinegar or white wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 cup salad oil
- 3/4 cup salad oil
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 tbls each soy sauce and mirin or dry sherry
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 1/3 cup chicken broth

Preparation
Step 1
Thinly slice beef tenderloin and place on tray with thinly sliced vegetables.
Heat beef broth in table top wok
Prepare Mizutaki Sauce:
In a blender combine first 4 ingredients and whirl until smooth
With blender on high gradually add 3/4 cup more salad oil. Pour into a bowl and stir in sour cream, soy sauce, mirin and chicken broth
Makes 1-1/4 cups
