Spaghetti Pie Casserole

- 1 pkg 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 14 oz jar spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 3 oz reduced fat cream cheese
- 1 c reduced fat sour cream
- 3 green onions chopped
- 1 1/2 c shredded cheddar
- 1 1/2 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Step 1
Cook spaghetti according to package directions and then drain.
Meanwhile in a large skillet, cook the beef, onion and garlic over med heat for 6-8 min or until beef is no longer pink, breaking into crumbles. Drain. Stir in the spaghetti sauce, salt and pepper and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer, uncovered, for 20 min stirring occasionally.
In a small bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until blended; stir in green onions. In a greased 11x7 baking dish, layer the spaghetti, cream cheese mix and meat mixture. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake, covered at 350 for 25 min. Uncover and bake another 5-10 min longer or until cheese is bubbly.
