Ingredients
- 1 4-oz (or whatever size) container of goat cheese - double if you like
- goat cheese .
- 4 oz of cream cheese-don't have to use if you like the strong taste of
- goat cheese.
- fresh basil, chopped
- shredded mozzarella
- 10 in wide flour tortillas, or the biggest ones you can find

Preparation
Step 1
1. let the goat cheese/cream cheese soften for a little and then mix together. Add in the basil
2. spread onto the tortiillas, covering the entire tortilla -- good to use spatula.
3. top with a few roasted red peppers.
4. top with shredded mozzarella biggest torts.
5. heat on top of stove, medium heat, in non-stick pan, just until brown on both sides and cheese is melted.
