- 1 1/2 lbs. stew meat, cut fine
- 1 onion, chopped
- 6 carrots, diced
- 2 potatoes, cubed
- 1 t. sugar
- 1 stalk celery
- 2 cups tomato juice
- 1 t. salt
- 2 1/2 t. minute tapioca

Step 1
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Place all ingredients in an oven-safe casserole dish. Cover tightly. Bake 4 hours.
