Crockpot Maple Dijon Chicken Tenders

  • 6 chicken tenders
  • 1/4 c pure maple syrup
  • 2 T balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 c Dijon mustard
  • 3/4 t garlic salt
  • pepper to taste

Step 1

Season the chicken tenders with the garlic salt and pepper and place in the crockpot.

In a small bowl, mix together the maple syrup, vinegar and mustard. Mix well and pour over the tenders.

Cook on either low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.

Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
