Ingredients
- 1 large Onion
- 1 large Bell Pepper
- 4 Chicken breasts cooked and pulled
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 Can cream of Celary OR extra can of either of above soups
- 1 Can Rotele Tomatoes
- 1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teasponn Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
- 12 corn tortillas torn into 2x2 squares
- 2 Cups Shredder Cheddar Cheese Divided
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion and bell pepper in oil over medium heat until tender - 5 minutes.
Stir in chicken and next 7 ingredients.
Layer 1 third of tortillas. Top with 1 third of chicken mixture and 1 third of cheese. Continue repeating until mixtures is gone.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
