Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground chuck or serloin
  • 1/4 C sliced onion
  • 6-8 Crackers
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1/4 C Ketchup
  • 2 Tbs Whostershouar sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Mix up ingrediants well, while adding a 1/4 C milk at a time until meat geats mushy & sticks to hand. Then place in skillet on medium heat. Once browned, place enough water in pan to cover bottom and turn heat down and place lid on skillet. Keep turning until middle is cooked.
