Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3/4 cups flour
- 1 1/4 t. baking powder
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 t. vanilla
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup mini marshmallows
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking powder and salt.
Beat butter and sugar with a mixer until light and fluffy; beat in 2 eggs and vanilla, then milk. Beat in the dry ingredients and chocolate chips.
Bake 50 minutes at 350°, sprinkle with marshmallows and bake until the bread is cooked through, 5-15 more minutes.
