Rachelle's Easy Coffee Cake

I have been making this recipe since 1997.

Ingredients

  • CRUST:
  • 1 stick butter,softened
  • 1 eggs
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • SYRUP:
  • 2 Tablespoons soft butter
  • 1 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
  • .....................................
  • STRUSEL:
  • 1/2 cup nuts, Chopped
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 Stick soft butter
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

CAKE:
Blend Butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add 3 eggs and mix well. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to the butter and eggs. Mix good, add sour cream. When mixed thoroughly. Pour into a 9 inch spring form pan that has been greased and floured.

SYRUP:
Mix soft butter, sugar and cinnamon then cut through the cake.

STRUSEL:
Blend the butter, brown sugar and cinnamon add the nuts. Spread on
the cake and bake 35-40 minutes
