Kathy's Chinese Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 can cream chicken soup
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 4 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1 can chow mein noodles
  • 3/4 cup cashew nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Saute celery in butter. add soup and broth. Add soya sauce and chicken. simmer for a few mins. Pour into large casserole, sprinkle with noodles and nuts. Bake at 350 till brown and bubbly.
