Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

Good for grilling! Chicken stays moist even after cooking.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp fresh rosemary, minced
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. white vinegar
- black pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp white sugar (to taste)
- 5 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves-cut into one-inch cubes
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a medium bowl, stir together all ingredients besides chicken and let sit 5 minutes. Add chicken and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
2. Thread chicken onto skewers and cook 8-12 minutes on medium-high grill heat.
