Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz pkg butterscotch chips
  • 1 c peanut butter (you can use chunky)
  • 1 c miniature marshmallows
  • 4 c chow mein noodles

Preparation

Step 1

Melt chips in double boiler or microwave 1 minute at a time to prevent scorching. Mix in peanut butter, then remove from heat source. Mix in marshmallows until melted then add noodles. Spoon onto wax paper to harden. Makes about 25.
