    egg

  • 3/4

    cup

  • 1

    tablespoon melted butter

  • 1

    cup sour cream

  • 1

    tsp vanilla

  • 1 1/2

    cups flour

  • 2

    tsp baking powder

  • 1/4

    tsp baking soda

  • 3/4

    tsp salt

  • Brown sugar topping: 1/2 cup brown sugar, 2 tblsp flour, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and 2 tblsp soft butter all crumbled together

Directions

beat egg until frothy; beat in sugar and butter. Cream until light and fluffy then add sour cream and vanilla, mix well. Sift dry ingredients together and add to sour cream mixture. blend well and pour into greased 8" square pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar topping. bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes or until cake tests done. serve warm.
