Ingredients
- Double Crust:
- Single Crust;
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 4-5 tbsp cold water

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup shortening
- 5-7 tbsp cold water
Preparation
Step 1
Sift together flour and salt.
Cut in shortening
Sprinke water over flour mixture 1 tbsp at a time and toss.
Form dough into a ball and divide in two for double crut.
Flatten out on floured board.
Roll to 1/8 inch thickness.
