Ingredients
- 1 head green cabbage, shredded
- 2-3 carrots, peeled and shredded
- 1 small bunch fresh cilantro
- 1 bunch green salad onions, chopped
- 2 pkgs Ramon Noodles (oriental, beef, or chicken flavored)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
Preparation
Step 1
Salad:
Combine cabbage, carrots, onions, and cilantro in large bowl.
Break up Ramon noodles into small pieces and add to vegetables in bowl. Add almonds.
Dressing:
Combine sugar, oil, vinegar, seasoning packets from Ramon noodles, salt, and pepper together.
Toss over vegetables, Ramon noodles, and almonds. Chill before eating.
