Chili Cheese Rice Casserole

This is a family recipe handed down 4 generations. Wonderful served with a roast and salad.

Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups cheddar cheese grated
- 2 cups jack cheese grated
- 1 small can chopped Ortega chiles
- 1 stick butter
- 1 pint sour cream
- Note: save some of the grated cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Steam rice and add all ingredients to hot rice. Pour into a greased casserole dish and sprinkle top with remaining grated cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Note: use none sticking foil or spray foil with Pam so cheese will not stick to foil.
