The melting snowmen Oreo balls are made with 3 basic ingredients – Oreo cookie crumbs, cream cheese, and white chocolate. Once your snowmen are formed add a mini Oreo as a hat and icing for the face.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 36 OREO cookies, finely crushed
  • 12 ounce white chocolate
  • 48 mini OREO bite size cookies
  • 2 tablespoon decorating icing

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cream cheese and cookie crumbs until well blended.
Shape into 48 (1-inch) balls: place in single layer shallow pan. Freeze 10 minutes.
Dip balls in chocolate and place on waxed-paper lined baking sheet. Allow excess chocolate to pool at bottom.
Decorate with mini OREO and icing.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
