Green Bean Shoepeg Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 big can white shoepeg corn
  • 1 big can French-style green beans, drained really well
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
  • 3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cans cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1 stack Town House crackers, finely ground

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the first seven ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole dish. Mix melted butter with the crackers. Place on top of the green bean and corn mixture. Bake on 350° for 45 minutes.
