Vegan Parmesan Cheese

  • 1/2 cup blanched slivered almonds
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all of the ingredients into the bowl of a food processor fitted with the ā€œSā€ blade. Pulse until a fine meal forms. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to a month.
