Mop Sauce for Memphis Style BBQ Ribs

Ingredients

• 2 cups cider vinegar
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 2 Tbs packed dark brown sugar
• 1 Tbs salt
• 1 Tbs Louisiana style hot sauce
• 2 tsp ground black pepper
• 1 tsp chili powder

Preparation

Step 1

In medium bowl whisk all ingredients together. Mop on top of BBQ ribs generously throughout the cooking process.
