Ingredients

  • 8 medium dates
  • 1 banana
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded unsweetened coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Remove pits from dates. Place all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth. Add more or less coconut to get correct consistency. Mix should be moist, not gooey.

Bake at 325F for 10-15 mins. Cookies will be soft but cooked enough to have golden brown bottom and will hold together well.

optional: dip in melted chocolate (no longer no sugar!)
