Banana Cake

Ingredients

• Cream together:
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 cup sugar
• Add:
• 1 egg
• 2-3 ripe bananas
• Stir into above:
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• Add 1 1/2 cups flour alternatively with 1/2 cup milk

Cooking time 45mins

Step 1

Pour into a greased 9 by 9inch pan.

Bake at 350 for approx. 1/2 hour.

Ice with icing( butter, icing sugar and milk )
