Ingredients
- 2 lb. bag Ore-Idaho hashbrowns(thawed)
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. cheddar cheese
- 2 cans cream of potatoe soup
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Grease 9x13 pan
Mix everything together except parmesan cheese and place in pan. Spinkle the parmesan cheese on right before baking. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300.
