Ingredients

• 3 - cups sugar(less 2TBS)
• 2-cups water (less 2TBS)
• 1/4 - cup & 2TBS instant coffee
• 1/2 vanilla bean
• 2 - cups vodka plus 2 TBS.

Preparation

Step 1

Bring sugar,water and instant coffee to a boil, simmer for 5-7 minutes
Put vanilla bean and vodka plus the 2 TBS , into a1/2 gallon jug .
Pour syrup into the jug.
Tightly close and let stand , in a dark place for 30 days
