Ingredients
- 1 frying chicken
- 5 tablespoons onions, sliced
- 1 bunch of parsley
- Butter (optional)
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Soak lid of Glazed Schlemmertopf.
Salt the chicken inside and outside and fill with sliced onions, parsley and butter.
Place in Schlemmertopf, cover and put in cold oven.
Turn temperature to 425F, bake for 90 minutes.
