Edamame

Ingredients

  • 1 lb edamame shelled
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp dashinomoto
  • 3 cm piece of ginger, peeled and grated
  • 1/4 cup mirin

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw edamame in warm water and drain well.
Mix together soy sauce, dashinomoto, ginger, and mirin.
Add edamame and set aside for at least 1 hour to allow seasonings to be absorbed.
