Ingredients
- 1 lb edamame shelled
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp dashinomoto
- 3 cm piece of ginger, peeled and grated
- 1/4 cup mirin
Preparation
Step 1
Thaw edamame in warm water and drain well.
Mix together soy sauce, dashinomoto, ginger, and mirin.
Add edamame and set aside for at least 1 hour to allow seasonings to be absorbed.
