Ingredients
- 1 8 oz pakage cream cheese
- 2 tbls milk
- 4 oz (1 cup) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cocktail sauce
- 6 oz cooked small shrimp
- 2 tbls sliced green onions
- Crackers
Preparation
Step 1
Combine cream cheese and milk in small bowl until smooth. Stir inb cheese, reserving 2 tablespoons for topping.
Spread cream cheese mixture on bottom of 10 inch round serving dish; spread evenly with cocktail sauce. Top with shrimp, onions, and reserved cheese.
Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour
Serve with crackers.
