Hot Beef Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 pkg 8 oz cream cheese cubed
  • 1 can 4 oz mushroom pieces and stems drained
  • 1 pkg 2 1/2 oz sliced smoked beef or dried beef chopped
  • 1/4 cup kraft grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Preparation

Step 1

cook and stir onion in butter in medium saucepan on low heat until tender

add milk and cream cheese; cook until cream cheese is melted, stiring frequently. Add remaining ingredients; heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Serve hot with french bread cubes.
