Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 cup milk
- 1 pkg 8 oz cream cheese cubed
- 1 can 4 oz mushroom pieces and stems drained
- 1 pkg 2 1/2 oz sliced smoked beef or dried beef chopped
- 1/4 cup kraft grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
Preparation
Step 1
cook and stir onion in butter in medium saucepan on low heat until tender
add milk and cream cheese; cook until cream cheese is melted, stiring frequently. Add remaining ingredients; heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Serve hot with french bread cubes.
