Ingredients
- CRUST:
- 1 Stick Butter,
- softened
- 1 C. Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 2 C. Flour
- 1/2 tsp. Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 C. Sour Cream
- SYRUP:
- 2 Tbls. Soft Butter
- 1 Tbls. Sugar
- 1 Tbls. Cinnamon
- STRUSEL:
- 1/2 C. Nuts, Chopped
- 1/2 C> Brown sugar
- 1/2 Stick soft Butter
- 2 tsp. Cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
CRUST:
Blend Butter and sugar till light
and fluffy. Add 3 eggs and mix well.
Combine the flour, baking powder,
baking soda and salt. Add to the
butter and eggs. Mix good, add
sour cream. When mixed thoroughly
Pour into a 9 inch spring form pan
that has been greased and floured.
SYRUP:
Mix soft butter, sugar and cinnamon
then cut through the cake.
STRUSEL:
Blend the butter, brown sugar and cinnamon
add the nuts. Spread on the cake and bake
35-40 min.
