BBQ Pulled Pork

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2-5 lbs. pork loin, trimmed of fat
  • 2-4 cups barbecue sauce
  • 2-3 onions, chopped
  • 12-16 oz Ginger Ale
  • Hamburger buns, rolls

Preparation

Step 1

Place pork loin in slow cooker. Top with onion and Ginger Ale. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours. Remove pork from crock pot and shred with a fork. Add pork back to crock pot and coat with Barbecue Sauce. Cook on low for 1 hour. Serve on buns/rolls.
