Ingredients
- Combine seasonings:
- Large Pork Loin
- 6-8 slices Bacon
- Season Salt
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder

Step 1
Season meat with seasoning mixture.
Wrap Pork Loin with large strips of bacon, lay pork loin on top of bacon strips and pull to top of meat in a braid. Secure with toothpicks if needed. Season with fresh ground pepper.
Cook covered at 350 degrees for approximately 2-1/2 hours, remove cover, cook additional 30 minutes until bacon is browned. (times are approximate, check temperature of meat to be sure of proper cooking times.
