Great little muffins for breakfast especially good for Thanksgiving time.

Ingredients
- Coating:
- 1 3/4 c flour
- 2 teas baking powder
- 1/2 teas salt
- 1/2 teas cinnamon
- 1/2 teas nutmeg
- 1/2 teas allspice
- 1/2 teas vanilla
- 1/8 teas ground cloves
- 1/3 c oil
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c milk
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c pumpkin
- 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
- 2/3 c sugar mixed with 2 T cinnamon

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Spray 24 mini muffin tins with Pam. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. In another bowl mix all wet ingredients. Mix together wet and dry ingredients and fill tins almost full. Bake 10-12 minutes. When cool dip in melted butter and coat with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
