Ingredients

  • 2 1/2

    cups Bob's Red Mill " Creamy Buckwheat Hot Cereal"

  • 1 1/2

    cups unsweetened, shredded Coconut

  • 1/4

    cup coconut oil, melted

  • 1

    Tbsp Honey, melted or liquid

  • 1/2

    cup chopped pecans, or not of your choice

  • dried fruit of you choice (optional)

Directions

Mix the buckwheat and coconuts and nuts together. Pour in the honey and coconut oil until combined. Bake in 9x13 pan at 350F for 25-30 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes until golden brown. Cool and store in airtight container. Serve with your choice of milk. I use homemade cashew milk!
