Ingredients
- 3 8 oz cream cheese
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- vanilla wafers
- Topping
- 1 pint sour cream
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- mix above by hand. Put topping on each cupcake making it level.
- Light oven to 375..do not preheat
- Bake for 10 minutes.
Preparation
Step 1
Put one vanilla wafer round side up in cupcake tin. Mix the above ingredients until smooth. Place 2/3 of mixture in each cupcake tin. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes only. Cool in pan for 10 minutes only. Turn oven off.
