Ingredients
- 1 pound trimmed green beans
- 1 tablespoon walnut oil
- 3/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped toasted walnuts

Step 1
Cook green beans in boiling water 30 seconds; plunge into a bowl of ice water. Drain. Drizzle with walnut oil, sea salt, and pepper. Top with walnuts.
